I feel like the “news” “stories” surrounding this four-sentence blog post don’t do justice to Sufjan’s dry-but-discernable sense of humor, which is the case for nearly every joyless AP-style reading of anything a musician says on the Internet these days. Anyway, what a gorgeous song. I hope Red Bull paid dude a million dollars.
